By means of the serial number of the machine we can access the history and know the components mounted on the equipment, as well as, interventions performed, maintenance, etc.

During the entire manufacturing process of the machines, quality controls are carried out to verify correct operation.

If even with this overhaul, your machine should fail due to a manufacturing defect, the warranty covers the defective components and labor for a period of 1 year. However, it would not include the technician's travel costs.

In the SAT department we have a team of engineers and mechanics who will be in charge of solving any incidence that may arise throughout the useful life of the machine.

For this purpose, we have remote means plus a fleet of vehicles that travel to the customer's premises where the machine is located, in case a face-to-face intervention is necessary.
