Our specialized technical team will coordinate the installation of the machines.
First we will take care of advising you on the space preparation where the machine will be located. Once you have received it, our technicians will travel to do the installation, start-up and training.

Once we have the machine running, our team will train you how to operate the machine and the software, make adjustments and calibrations.
Thanks to our extensive experience in the sector, we will help you to parameterize your machine according the materials or specific needs.
The consumables of our machines can be electrodes, nozzles, gas distributors, protection glasses, among many others.
By means of the serial number of the machine we will be able to access the history and know the components mounted, as well as, interventions carried out, maintenance, etc.
During the manufacturing process of the machines, quality controls are carried out to verify correct operation.
If even with this revision, your machine presents a manufacturing faliure, you have 1 year warranty completely covers the defective components and the workforce.
However, it would not include the costs for the technician’s travel.
In the SAT department we have a team of engineers and mechanics who will be in charge of solving any incident that may arise during the useful life of the machine.
Because of this we have a fleet of vehicles that travel to the client’s house, if an on-site intervention is necessary.
Did you know that all Motocono machines have a port for Internet connection?
It is useful for what we call 1st level of assistance and support through which we can intervene on the machine remotely.
We will do it like this:
1. We will ask you for the access code to your machine to establish the connection.
2. We will evaluate the motors parameters, electrical components, etc. to establish a diagnosis.
3. If necessary, we can modify equipment parameters.
