Machine for continuous shrinking of acrylic yarns in fine and medium yarns.
The HBI is a machine for continuous shrinkage of HB acrylic yarns and their fine and medium titer blends, by means of steam at 100ºC.
This yarn heat setter needs a winder model SDA or model SCF at the exit to collect the treated yarn.
  • 4 heads
    Modular machine with four heads, expandable up to a maximum of forty, according to production needs.
  • Thread retraction
    Specially designed for the retraction of fine and medium titer HB acrylic yarns. Shrinkage can be performed on pre-dyed fiber yarns to be delivered in finished kerosene yarn cones, or on raw yarns to be delivered on bobbins for dyeing.
  • Efficiency in yarn heat sealing
    The yarn shrinkage is produced by means of steam without overpressure, at 100ºC.
